Can’t Install Plugins

    Hi,

    I recently bought the Business plan, but I’m unable to install any plugins. For any plugin, whenever I click activate and install, it redirects me to a blank page and nothing happens. How do I fix this?

    Hi there,

    Are you trying to upload plugins via your wp-admin dashboard or your WordPress.com dashboard? I am able to see the plugin upload button from the WordPress.com dashboard, but I do not have access to your wp-admin since your site isn’t hosted with us:

    If you are still having issues, this may be a cache issue. I see that plugins have been installed, so your site is set up for them. Have you tried logging in using a different browser or clearing your browser’s cache?
