cant install plugins get the message Could not create directory.

Could not create directory appears every time i want to download any plugins including ones that were deleted against my will.
Can anyone help and is there any where to talk to someone here at wordpress in real time chatThe blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Please don’t create the duplicate threads, you have already created one.
The free plan doesn’t allow you to install any plugins or themes.
To do so, you should have a Business Plan. Please check the pricing and the features of the different plans. https://wordpress.com/pricing/

It seems that you’re using the self-hosted WordPress version for your Shanepaulnolan website.
It’s not hosted on WordPress.com which means we can’t help you with that.

As I have mentioned before, if you want to use plugins on your website hosted on WordPress.com, you have to buy a Business Plan.

Your WordPress.org website is different from the one hosted on WordPress.com.
There will be no effect if you change something on either website. The changes will remain on that particular website only.
