cant install plugins or themes

  hi. been trying to get just a basic site of the ground following youtube vid. come to a grinding hault. 1st the theme they are using is not shown and I cant install plugins, there isnt anything on the dashboard

  Hello @krizztoff,

  You can’t install any plugin on a WordPress.com website. The video you have watched probably refers to the WordPress.IRG software. The two versions of WordPress are different – please see here for more details: http://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/.

  @krizztoff Have you experiencing also login issues? Are you tried to log in from this page? https://rochfordtennisclub.wordpress.com/wp-admin

  Can I also ask you what theme you tried to activate?

  It looks like your username krizztoff is not the user account associated with Rochford Tennis Club

  When your registered a username account you provided an email address which has become your unique identifier.
  You need to log in by using the exact username account you used to register the website to access it.
