Can’t install plugins or themes

    Hello everyone I have just manually installed WordPress 6.2.2 version into Plesk FTP. I have configured a new database as well and have integrated it in the wp-config.php file and was able to complete the installation process from the wp-admin panel without any issue.
    However, when I try to install any plugins or themes I face the error of

    Installation failed: There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions. Learn more about troubleshooting WordPress.

    I tried to install the plugins manually and upload them to the FTP and it works fine however the process takes too much time.

    Moreover, when trying to change a minor customization from the theme I get the error

    You do not have permission to edit this Menu. Any changes made will not be saved.

    Please let me know if anything I might have not considered that leads to this issue
