Cant install the preset theme

Have just bought the hosting from godaddy and then install the wordpress. it can load succesfully untill installing the wordpress theme. once i click install, it said waiting for 30 second to install the theme. However, it said ‘Oops! that page cant be found’ and the theme cant be installed. I have contacted Godaddy customer services and they said its an issue of wordpress. I have no idea what to do.

If you bought hosting from GoDaddy, it means your website is not hosted on WordPress.com, but on GoDady. What this tells us is that you are WordPress.org user, not a WordPress.com user.
This forum is dedicated only to the websites hosted on WordPress.com.

You should get in touch with your host (GoDaddy) as only them have access to the files and dabase of your site. You can contact them here: https://uk.godaddy.com/help

I would contact them again, as I recommended above, asking them WHY is WordPress the problem, if you installed WordPress normally from their hosting option and why does it fail when you simply install a WordPress theme.
Another recommendation would be to try to install another theme and see if it does the same!
