  Hello,

  Can you give a little more detail about the process you are going through and which error are you receiving?

  If you wish to install a custom theme, you will need a Business or eCommerce plan since they are the only ones that allow that.

  Hi. We created our own wordpress and uploaded a theme from envato. we are wondering why is that the elements of theme wasn’t there? We were expecting that the whole elements/content of the theme will be displayed and will just edit it with our own content.

  Your site is not hosted on WordPress.com, but using the open source WordPress.org software at another hosting provider. We cannot help with this in the WordPress.com forums.

  Please contact support for the theme you bought directly for help with setting up that theme.
