can't install theme

  I am new to WordPress, I created a page, and I want to install the Clean Retina theme. I go into my dashboard > appearances> themes > but there is nothing to click to Install Theme. I have looked 100 times. The “Install Theme button” is not there. What is wrong?
  Please help.

  I’m sorry, but themes can’t be uploaded to WordPress.com. That’s a feature of self-hosted blogs through WordPress.org.

  You may use any of the available themes we have under Appearance > Themes in your dashboard, and you may want to look into purchasing the Custom Design Upgrade to customize one of the themes we offer.
