  Hi! Bearing in mind that kits and files from Elementor aren’t something we can help in great detail with, I am aware that “Hello” is a theme from Elementor, to go with their Elementor page builder. Is the zip file specifically this theme, or is it more like a set of templates?

  You may find that you need to upload the zip file in a specific Elementor-created area of your site. It looks like they have some information about kits on their site too:
