  Hi! i am having a problem , I tried installing plugin on the blog. But I can’t .
  I read step how to install plugin in the blog. on web google
  and i’can’t do it, because i did not find menu plugin on the blog.
  Any help me

  We cannot use plugins on WordPress.com blogs.

  By the way, the correct link for the blog linked to your name is:
  http://islandsinthailand.wordpress.com/
  (the link is misspelled: islandinthailand)

  Tess has provided your answer but I do think you would benefit from knowing what all the differences between wordpress.COM blogs and wordpress.ORG software installs are. See > http://support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

  Also if you tell us exactly what it is that you want to achieve we may be able to provide another means of achieving it on a wordpress.com blog.
