Can't invite user, who has 'blocked invite emails'

  I’m trying to invite a user to my blog, but I get the reply that the user has blocked invite emails. The user in question has no idea about how to change this. Can you help?

  If the user in question goes to the link below while logged into WordPress, she/he should be able to unblock e-mails by unchecking the box at the bottom.
