Can’t launch website

  When I try to launch sosdidatticaonline.wordpress.com, I am brought back to the page ‘Give your site an address’ page and cannot progress from there. I tried chrome, mozilla and explorer, cleared cache and also tried launching from My sites -> settings. It won;t work. I have already verified my account. Please can you help?

  Hi there!

  What do you mean that you can progress from the ‘Give your site an address’ page?
  You should be able to choose a domain there, if you don’t want to upgrade at the moment, choose the current free domain and skip the purchase.
  If you do not see this option, could you send us a screenshot of what you see? You can use an online tool for that (such as https://snipboard.io/), or follow the instructions described here:
