Can't leave comments on other blogs

Can someone help me to fix this? I can’t leave any comments on other blogs, when I write my comment and start to press post comments, the page will reloading and nothing happens. The first time I thought my comment was already in. But when I check again, nothing was there. I’ve been tried couple times to post that comments again and again still nothing appears. I search on the forum and found out maybe my comments has been detected as a spam. But, can somebody just help me to fix this? Getting frustrated here, its been 2 days i couldn’t give any feedback to my blogger friends post.

Hi there. Please try clearing your browser cache and cookies and make sure you have third-party cookies enabled. You can also check whether you have the same problem if you use a different browser.

I am having an issue with one website using WordPress- I have tried two different browsers to post comments, and have gotten a notice to slow down, that I’m posting comments too fast.
I have not had this issue today with any other wordpress blog.
