Can't "Like" Non-WordPress Blogs Anymore

I read several blogs and often hit their “Like” button. Today I cannot “like” any blogs that are not on WordPress. I can still “like” WP blogs. I’m signed in.

The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi. Some other people have been having a similar problem with ‘Liking’:

    1. “I’ve looked into this further and it appears Apple recently made a security change to Safari 12 (Intelligent Tracking Prevention) which is having an impact on certain features including the Like button. So if you are using the latest version of Safari and the button still isn’t working, this is likely to be the cause”

    2. “Similar tracking blocking is being implemented in both Firefox and Chrome, and has existed in Opera for quite some time. In both Firefox and Chrome you can add exceptions for certain sites, though, and in Firefox, for example, you can specify that tracking protection should only be active in private browsing sessions, rather than always.

So for those two browsers, try playing around with the security and cookie settings and see if that makes any difference, and also try disabling any browser extensions you have installed to see if that helps.”

Thank you, feartheseeds. I am on Safari 12.0 so that explains it, at least. Sorry I did not see y our reply until now. I’ll try to find a work-around.

I read the thread you linked and found the work-around:

If you open Safari preferences and go to the privacy tab, uncheck the “Prevent cross-site tracking” option, and things should work for you again in Safari.

It works, I can “like” everything now. Thank you!
