  It looks like the domain is with GoDaddy and this can be connected as per these instructions here: https://wordpress.com/support/domains/connect-existing-domain/ – which is free to do on all WordPress.com plans (https://wordpress.com/pricing/)

  To note, it’s not possible to set a custom primary domain – without a paid plan.
