Can’t load email inbox, support chat isn’t working?

Hi there,
I’m an author and a few weeks ago, my author domain email inbox through WordPress.com stopped loading on my laptop. It just gets stuck on the “loading” screen. This issue is the same whether I try to load my inbox in Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge, and clearing my cache and cookies hasn’t helped.
I can still access my inbox from my phone, but writing all my communications on my phone is not sustainable.I tried to reach out for help today only to find that the AI assistance was totally unable to help me (of course) and the support chat didn’t seem to be working either. I was not able to view any messages from support. I don’t know if the support agent was sending me messages and they weren’t loading the same way my inbox won’t load, or if the chat never actually connected me to a support person.
What’s the next step here? I can’t find another way to contact WordPress.com and the instructions I’ve found online to try to fix the issue so far have not worked.The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
