Can’t Load Image

  I have uploaded a few different images to use as my site icon. They upload fine, but when I click on it and select continue, it says ‘Sorry, there was a problem loading the image. Please close this editor and try selecting the image again.’

  I’ve tried several different pictures, using different browsers, refreshing, etc., but I still see this error. Can someone help me?

  Hi hannahjackson9887,

  Are you trying to set your site icon via Setting -> General ? That’s the only path from which I can reproduce the same result and receive the same error message.

  Why don’t you try the following path to set your site icon:

  Customize -> Site Identity

  It should work without a hitch.
