Can't load images – all of a sudden

    For the last few days I have been getting the message HTTP Error for each image I try to load. I thought at first it was the internet connection that I was using but it seems to work fine with Facebook, but slow. When I select images from my computer, either a single one or several I get the same red box HTTP Error for each image. Then suddenly one or two might load. Have spent half a day trying to get this to work. Any ideas?
    Have been getting good feedback on my blog and photos, would like to continue. Any and all ideas gratefully accepted. Thanks!

    Hi there. A lot of people were getting this error a few weeks ago and for most of them clearing their browser cache and cookies and/or updating Flash worked. Please try that first. Also check whether the same thing happens in a different browser: http://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/

    If that doesn’t work, please let us know the browser and version you’re using (https://www.whatismybrowser.com/) and where you’re trying to upload images, i.e. via the post editor in the Reader, the post editor in the Dashboard, or directly to the media library under Media ->Add New in the dashboard.
