Can't Load Manage Page?

  Hi!
  I recently started a new blog over at http://www.bookishserendipity.com (self-hosted) and I want to move my followers over. I found a tutorial using the Jetpack Plug-in (which I installed) but when I go to the My Blogs section on my dashboard and clicked Manage, I get the notification “can’t load manage page”. I have tried it on all my devices and it remains an issue.
  Can someone help me figure out the issue? Or better yet, can support staff member move my followers over my any chance?
