Can't load my website

When I dial up http://www.jackieparry.com the page is blank – it has taken me hours to find this part to ask for help – as http://www.wordpress.com doesn’t load either, most of your pages won’t – I found this page via FB! Please help. I have deleted all my cookies and caches. The only plugin I downloaded recently (but did not run) is google plus (to link to wordpress) – I down loaded a plugin from my mobile company about 4 days ago – all has been running fine until today. I need to get into my site urgently. I am not technically minded at all – so please keep any help really simple. I looked at help pages where I could and saw stuff on php etc – but I couldn’t get into any part to look at this (and wouldn’t know what I was doing anyhow!) – thank you!
