  Get “Error 10” message. Feature was working this morning

  Have you tried multiple files? It is possible that the one image file may be corrupt.

  Yes, I’ve tried at least five different files and I’m getting an “IO Error” (not “error 10” as I originally reported. Extremely frustrating.
