Can’t locate my Gravatar account

    Hi!, I am trying to access my gravatar account that I had for a long time. I know it still exist because I keep seeing the profile picture I had set up ages ago whenever I create a new account with my email in other services. I tried to recover password but I input all my emails and it does not recognise them. This is making me crazy as I can’t figure out how to stop that image from appearing in my profiles.

    Please can I get some assistance?

    What is the email address that the Gravatar in question is attached to?

    If you write it here like a normal email address, it will be hidden from all but staff.

    Hi, I don’t really know to be honest, I can’t remember, but I’ve tried with all my emails:
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)
    (email visible only to moderators and staff)

    None of those apparently exists as an account, as I have not received any password reset emails, I’ve also checked spam folders and there is nothing.

    Don’t know what else to do

    If https://en.gravatar.com/albertoescolano is what you’re looking for, it’s the first email address you listed. :)

    So, what you’ll need to do is first log out of WordPress.com at https://wordpress.com/me and then you can log in with that email address at https://en.gravatar.com

    If you do not recall the password for that account, we have some options for you at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/

    Thanks! Yesss that’s the one! But i can’t go beyond that. I’ve already requested new password using that username, I don’t receive any email. I’ve used the email instead (email visible only to moderators and staff) and it keeps saying that an account with that email doesn’t exist. I surely don’t have 2fa enabled so not sure what else to try from that support page.
