Can’t locate my paid site

  I am a paying customer with domain name Joseohvassalloo.com and I cannot find my site in the back office. The site listed is a sub site but not the one that is public. Can you please help?

  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  Dear Support Team,

  I am a paying customer with the domain http://www.josephvassallo.com, but I am unable to locate my paid site in the back office. Instead, I only see a free sub-site listed, not the public, paid version.

  Could you please assist me in locating my paid site and gaining access to the back office so I can make edits? Your help would be greatly appreciated.

  https://josephvassallo.wordpress.com/ is here at the host WordPress.com. The other domain you mentioned appears to be registered with GoDaddy and hosted at Wix which are both different companies.

  Hello and thank you for the note. It is true that my domain is registered with go daddy but my website is built and hosted by six. I pay for the upgrade/pro version.

  WordPress.com is in no way connected to Wix or GoDaddy. You must contact Wix support to solve this problem yourself.
