can't locate tools to add search console

  i am trying to use this guide:

  but i don’t see the tools menu on the side??

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Go to http://jennyyq.wordpress.com/wp-admin/tools.php and scroll down to “Website Verification Services” to “Google Webmaster Tools”.
