Can’t log in

  Hi I can’t log into my wordpress account on my MacBook Air. When I click the log in button it just goes to a blank screen with the W logo in the middle of the screen, when I go direct to the log in page from the search engine it won’t let me type in the email address box!

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  If you haven’t done so already, please try clearing your browser cache:

  https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/#clearing-your-browser-cache

  Does that help or are you still unable to login?

  Is this happening on Safari only? Have you tried another browser?

  It’s happening on safari on my laptop, and on my dell computer. But I can log on fine with my phone! Thanks.

  Do you happen to have another browser installed on your laptop that you could try?

  Also, in Safari, try clearing all of your cookies and then try logging back in.

  On the Dell, which browser are you having the problem with?
