Can't log in

  I have been trying to log in to a different account to this. My usual password doesn’t work it just refreshes the page with the password box blank. When I click lost password to try and get in that way and then click on the link in the email it comes up with a message saying ‘Sorry, that key does not appear to be valid.’ I’ve tried all ways of logging in and it won’t work and it’s driving me mad!
