  I’ve reset the password twice and cleared the cache. I still cant log in

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Does using a different browser help?

  Hi there, http://shopforeverpink.com is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but is a self-hosted WordPress site hosted at Godaddy.

  I do see that shopforeverpink.com has Jetpack installed and connected, and is on the wearebcg account here at WordPress.com. If you log into that account, you can access the site via My Sites on the admin bar at upper left when you are on any WordPress.com page or site.

  Are you getting the password reset emails?

  The other thing I would suggest, would be to clear your browser cache and cookies and then try again to make sure it isn’t a cookie or caching issue.
