Can’t log in

I have tried to log in and the system does not recognize me. I am registered because I have a website with you (marcrosenberg.com). The system does not recognize my user name or password. I have tried all derivations. I tried to reset the password, but the system says I am not registered. But I am registered. In the many years I have used WordPress, this has never happened. Help.

marcrosenberg.com was created with WordPress.org software and is hosted by Defense.Net rather than WordPress.com:
Jetpack creates a connection between this site and WordPress.com, which means you have two sets of login details:
- Login details for your account on https://wordpress.com
- Login details for logging in to the site directly at marcrosenberg.com/wp-admin
You’ll want to make sure you are using the second set of login details (not those for your WordPress.com account). If that doesn’t work and you are still unable to reset the password or login, please contact Defense.Net. You can also post to the WordPress.org support forums if you need any more advice after speaking with them.
