  Hi. I’ve had my account with you folks…Sign in is: SunsetDncr for TheMidlifeExpress.com since 6/18/2015. I have not been active for a long time but would sign on from time to time to make sure all is ok until I can get back to it. Cannot sign in now. Have tried the account recovery route but no luck. I’ve got paid themes, etc.. want my account back please. Thank you, Lucinda

  Hi there!

  It looks like your site, themidlifeexpress.com, is using a self-hosted WordPress.org setup. Note the difference: WordPress.com and WordPress.org

  Normally, you’d be able to log in to your admin panel via http://themidlifeexpress.com/wp-admin/ – but it looks like the MailChimp for WordPress plugin is causing PHP errors on your site. Try logging in to your site via an FTP program or your host’s file manager and deleting the MailChimp plugin in /wp-content/plugins/ – the folder called mailchimp-for-wp – then reload your site. It’s possible this plugin simply needs to be updated. MailChimp for WordPress has its own knowledge base and support forums if you need help.

  In any case, since your site is self-hosted on HostGator using WordPress.org, you’ll want to post on the WordPress.org Support Forums or check HostGator.com Support for assistance in the future. 🙂
