cant log in

  Hello,

  is there a problem with the website?

  i cant log in… its been an hour of trying!!!

  I have changed my password many times and i can access my admin site

  please help!!! im desperate!

  when I go on my website.com/admin it wants my username and password.

  every time i give in the information it “shakes” and tells me that it is incorrect. i then change it, get a new email, create a new password, log in, save the password, then give in my website/admin and it “shakes” again…

  ok.. got it… i had to use my password and username from before i installed it. all good

  Are you using your email as the username? and did you use the forgot password link at the bottom of the login box?
