Can’t log in

  I launched my site yesterday. This morning I changed in the settings in WP the temporary url to the actual url. Since then the site has disappeared and I can’t log on. My host is Bluehost. And trying to get in from there to wp does not work either. HELP!!

  I am having a me ,to moment. I can’t get in either. This is the first time I have ever contacted support, I have been a member for 3 years. I am sad that this is happening to us but , at least I’m not the only one

  Hello, thought I would check in again. I want to be more specific about my problem. I am logged in, what is happening is when I click the menu tab edit for that matter any tab, the word press logo flashes up then it gives the white screen…white screen not good…

  I’m afraid that, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted with Bluehost.

  Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.   You can look for help at the community forums here: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/
