Can’t log in

Hi there, I am using my http://new.allthevideothings.com/wp-admin/ and it is not allowing me to log in. It keeps spinning until it times out. My account in c-pannel is not showing any issues. IS there someone I can talk with who can help me get logged in?

Hello, I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your website. However, your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.
Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. Hi there and thank you for the response. I can’t even get the page to load where I would enter my password. It just says FORBIDDEN 403 when I type in the url to log into the admin side.

Check the forums staff-blorbo mentioned, I’m sure you’ll find help there. Here, on WordPress.com, things work differently and so we’re not able to help you.

I am on the line with GoDaddy right now and this is what they said: Just got an update that there is an outage going on at the back-end with wordpress.
Do you know if this is correct?

We (WordPress.com, the service) don’t have any outages on the installations we’re taking care of.
You are running your own copy there on their servers. It’s possible they’re having database problems, but we wouldn’t know that as we are not your host.
The difference between our service and the free software is a bit like the difference between a restaurant and a recipe. We can’t see what is happening with your own copy of the software, because it isn’t on our systems.
