CAN'T LOG IN!

  Tried to log in, was told that my password was wrong. Tried using the two other passwords that I generally use, none of them worked. Tried to reset password, created a new one, was told that I had already used it, had to create another. Tried to log in again with that old one and was told that it as wrong. Created another new password, tried to log in, and was told that I hd exceeded the number of allowed attempts. This is nuts. Now what do I do? I’ve posted on WordPress many times in the past, never had this problem. Thanks
