This is our old account for the company Ivester Jackson Christie’s Int’l Real Estate, we can’t get back into the new account which is run by the company that runs our website Reliance Network. Here’s the log information Reliance Blog:
    https://www.ivesterjackson.com/blog/wp-admin/

When I try to log in at that link and with the password I always use this is the message I get Warning: hash_equals(): Expected known_string to be a string, null given in /home/reliance/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 2388
    Powered by WordPress

The tech people at Reliance have been working on this issue for 4 days now and can’t seem to figure it out. I REALLY need to get back into our account I had a blog that we were supposed to publish on Tuesday, please help!!

NEVER EVER post login information in a public forum … unless you want your site to get hacked of course.
As your site isn’t running on the wordpress.com platform but uses the open source wordpress.org, you must post your problem at https://wordpress.org/support/

Thanks, I didn’t realize this was going to a forum I thought it went directly to support and now I can’t find a way to delete it.

  • Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com. It is a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere.

Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. You can find more information here about the differences between WordPress.org software and WordPress.com: https://wordpress.com/support/com-vs-org/

https://wordpress.org/support/ is a great resource for sites using the open source WordPress.org software, and you can find support for that at: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

Your hosting provider’s support team may also be able to assist.

Also, once you regain access to the site, you’ll need to change your password ASAP.
