  I have just spent 2.5 hours on a chat line with one of your Experts. He has not been able to help me.

  My blog is rodgermmitchell.wordpress.com. I have posted 800 times to this blog. Suddenly, I am unable to login.

  Is there anyone who can help me. My Email is (email visible only to moderators and staff)

  I’m sorry but we Volunteers on this peer support forum have no information beyond that the expert you chatted with has. In fact we don’t even know what information that Expert provided you with. If we did have that information then we would post it into the many threads on the same issue that have been racking up for Staff attention here for some time now.
