Can’t log in

  We have a site and no longer can log in to the wordpress login. We have tried all types of combination to the username and password with no luck. What can you recommend. It has been some time since we last logged in.

  Thanks for that! Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted at Webmasters.

  We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

  If you’ve lost your login, you should reach out to your host for help with this issue. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you regain your access to the site.
