Can’t Log in

    I set up a client’s wordpress account for them, and i set the email to my own email so I could work on the website. Now when i try to log in to the dashboard, it won’t let me use my username and password, it’ll only send me emails to log in. But the emails never show up. Is there a way I can login using the username and password instead?

    Hi there,

    Can you tell us the URL of the site you’re trying to access? And what is the email you’re using to log in? Type the email on its own line, and it will be hidden so only staff can see it.

    That site isn’t hosted here on WordPress.com, but using the open source version of WordPress, hosted at Networksolutions.com.
