  I reset my site with a plugin and now I cant log in with my username or my email

  Hi there:

  It sounds like your site is not hosted here at WordPress.com, but I can get you pointed in the right direction to get help.

  If you used a plugin to “reset” your site, you likely removed everything, including your user account and login.

  You should reach out to your host for help with this. Since they’re hosting your site’s files, they also have access to those files and are the best ones to help you. Hopefully, they have a backup of your site before you reset it so they can restore your content and can better advise how to reset things so you don’t lose your login information.
