can’t log in – 2fa otp not sent

Hello,
I have been having trouble logging into WP off and on for several weeks now. Sometimes I am able to log in and other times I am not. It often tells me to check my OTP app, which I have no memory of setting up. I am almost positive I set up SMS messaging for this. But last week when I was able to finally get logged in by resetting the PW, I did not see where 2fa was turned on. The reason I was able to get in last week seemed to be due to my team member setting me to an admin on the account, which I wasn’t set to before. I have looked through all of my apps to see if I can find a 2fa app that I downloaded without remembering, but I can’t find one. Is there a way for you guys to check what type of 2fa is set up on my account? If it is SMS messaging like I think, is there a reason a code is not being sent? Would love any help to resolve this log in issue. Please let me know what other info you need from me.
