    I tried to log on and i can’t it doesn’t recognise my user name for myself, the company or our web developer?

    What has happened and how can we resolve

    Correct account: Yes

    The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

    You are logged in to a WordPress.com account you created 11 years ago. Where do you want to be logged in? What is the URL of the site? Perhaps you reach it via a different account or perhaps it is located at some other company entirely.
