Can't log in.

I just spent half an hour working my way to a Contact Us page that pretended to reach an apparently mythical Support Staff. I wrote a polite paragraph detailing a year-long attempt to log in, following all of the recommended approaches, which are balked by details like dead primary email address and inaccessible password. After writing this, I discovered that it would be directed, not to the Support Staff, but to the Community Forum, which has not had anything useful to suggest. I submitted the question anyhow, and was immediately told that I hadn’t provided any content, so I wrote this.

It appears that the simplest approach is to move to another blog site (most of my content is stored elsewhere in any case) whose Support Staff is non-virtual.

    Hi,

Submitting a question at the Contact page, regardless of its length, generates a group of support pages that might be relevant, plus the “Get in Touch with Support” link, at the bottom of the page, which goes to the Community Support page. At the Community Support page you can start a topic with an introductory question in the small box at the top, and follow that with a description of the problem in the larger box below.

Regarding means of regaining access to website see the responses to your related topic How should I log in? In that topic I’ve also told you how to call for staff attention.
