can't log in

Help! usually if I go to my URL skinnyfattravel.com there is an option to Log In on the left, where I can customise and edit my page.
I think I accidentally deleted that meta option last time and now I can’t access my page to edit or post anything :-(
How can I fix this??

When you make a post be sure to let them know which version you are running (click the “W” in the top) and your theme (click on themes and look for the one that is “active”).
