Can't log in – Account not found!
-
I tried to set up an account and was called away from the computer. When I came back it was on the following screen, but I was unable to log in, the site saying the username didn’t exist. I hadn’t had the chance to link an email address (it’s (email visible only to moderators and staff)) to it so there is no way to reset password or anything (I’ve had to use a friends account just to post on the forums) .
When trying to just start again, it says drpezington has been used, so it seems something has registered

It looks like your email address is associated with the 00desmundo user account, and this is the account that created drpezington.wordpress.com. But to confirm, that isn’t your username?
Because the blog drpezington.wordpress.com now exists and is owned by another user, I’m afraid that the associated username cannot be used now for a new account because we don’t allow people to sign up for usernames that match blogs that already exist. Sorry about that.
From here, what you will need to do is the following:
1) Change the email address on 00desmundo to something else if you want to use that email address. An email address can only be associated with one user.
2) Create a new username (not drpezington) using the email address formerly on 00desmundo, or a different email address.
3) Have the user 00desmundo transfer the drpezington.wordpress.com blog to your new user account. That can be done at https://drpezington.wordpress.com/wp-admin/index.php?page=my-blogs by hovering under the site address.

Yes, thanks I see what happened. I was on my friend’s computer when I created the account (or thought I did). Must just have added a new blog to his account – that’s cool I’ll get him to transfer it.
Thanks for the help.
