Can't log in- associated email account has been deleted

  Hiya, not too sure how to go about this, but I’m looking to delete the content of my old wordpress account- I’ve had to log into this one to be able to post up a question – I’ve spent ages trying to find out how, so hopefully someone sees this.
  I can’t access the account, as the associated email address to it has been deleted, and my phone number has changed- is there any extra information I can provide to show that it is me, and therefore access the blog?
