Can't log in; at my wits' end

  Trouble logging in; using Firefox; get “the connection to the server wS reset while the page was loading”; tried clearing cache and cookies with no effect.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  Hi Bruce!

  Have you tried a different web browser like Chrome or Internet Explorer (and if so does it work)? If not are you able to try on a different computer and see if it works there? Where in the world are you trying to login from?

  You sites is all working correctly from where I am so I want to see if it’s a local issue.

  Hi Joel,

  I had tried IE and Chrome and neither worked. Other computers did not have the same trouble. I ended up calling out IT dept. who eventually identified our company-wide iprism filtering tool as the culprit. Working fine now.
