Can’t log in, Can’t access website

    Hi,

    I am currently putting together the following website using the wordpress platform.
    https://www.studenteducationaladventures.com/

    Initially I had one log in
    Username: BillyP

    Which I was using to build the website and it was working perfectly fine.

    I then created a second user for my business partner from my computer
    Username: DavidE

    But he wasn’t able and still isn’t able to log in using the DavidE account.
    He is able to log in using my details, BillyP.
    I know his account works as I can log in using the DavidE details.

    Now he can’t even access the website and is given the error message:
    Can’t reach this page.

    He has cleared his cache and tried multiple browsers, and uninstalled and reinstalled them. Chrome, Edge, and Explorer.

    What can we do so he can
    A) Access the website
    B) Give him access to the backend

    Also,

    I had been using my BillyP log in across 2 computers at home. And 1 laptop at work perfectly fine.

    I then took my work laptop to another city and am unable to log in.

    But can still log in from my computers at home.

    so can you please help me with my third issue
    C) How come I am getting denied access from certain computers with my log in BillyP and how can i resolve this?

    Hi,

    It appears that your website uses the self-hosted version of WordPress rather than WordPress.com, which is what this forum is designed to help with. Note the difference here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/

    You may be able to find help here: https://wordpress.org/support/ or alternatively contact your hosting provider.
