Can’t log in, can’t get help without logging in!

I am having a log-in problem with my premium wordpress.com site, but can’t get help with this problem because I can’t access support chat unless I’ve logged into the site. What can I do to get help?

I don’t know if it’s the same problem, but I had an issue a few months ago because a club member had added a Paid Membership Pro plug-in but then never used it; the WordPress chat support person disabled the plug-in to let me back in. (We’re not doing the paid membership on the wordpress site, so the plug-in will never be used.)
If that is the same problem, can someone disable it again? I tried recovering/resetting both the username and password, but that didn’t work.

You are logged in to the wrong account. That site is connected to https://wordpress.com/forums/users/pcpickleball.
You must log out from current doschmidt111 and log in again as pcpickleball. If you no longer how to access that account, it’s very easy for you to restore access at https://wordpress.com/support/account-recovery/ -
