can’t log in – email no longer exists

    Hi! I have another website that my team would like to start back up. Unfortunately, the hosting service (bluehost) expired a few months ago, thus the email used to log in no longer is active. With that, I can no longer log to the admin page through word press. Is there any work around that support could provide in this situation? If I reactivate the hosting service, will I automatically be able to log in again to WordPress?

    Since your site is not hosted with WordPress.com (it is a site using the open-source WordPress software, from WordPress.org, but hosted with Bluehost), you’ll want to reach out to them directly about it or write on the community forums: https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

    Because WordPress.com and WordPress.org are two entirely separate entities, we cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers.
