Can't Log In: Error says "This page isn't working"

  My site is highrisebasketball.com and I cannot log into the back end after updating the WordPress version. I have done research that says to turn off the active plug-ins, but I obviously cannot log in. I can see there are other ways to do it, but I am in over my head. Please assist me as I have updates I need to post to my website.
