Cant log in – I’m not recognised – Message says I dont have an account, emails have disappeared

  I wonder if my website is not being hosted any more – I am unable to access it, yet the url still takes me to the site. I hold 2 domain names for this site, and there is an email address for each. Neither of these emails are working – both incoming and outgoing – incoming bounce back to the sender. WordPress host the domain name for .com – Godaddy host the domain name for .com.au – I have no idea how this has happened – GoDaddy used to hold both as I have had such difficulties with WordPress. GoDaddy tell me (Yes, there is actually a person to speak to there) that the .com.au email address they host is pointing away from them. I have no idea what that means – except clients cant reach me and my practice has suffered greatly. WordPress seem to recognise my gmail account and allow me to change the password but then say the new password is incorrect. at various stages WordPress tell me I don’t have an account – or a website. Any help you can offer would be much appreciated – I am not tech savvy though – and would just like to get on with what I am good at – which is my practice. Thanks

  Please don’t create multiple threads about the same issue. A volunteer asked you two days ago to provide a link to your site in https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic/my-website-has-been-hacked-it-is-covered-in-ads-the-domain-names-attached-to-my-emails-are-unavailable-my-log-in-is-not-accepted/, and you have yet to provide that information.

  The account you’re using to post here is a month old and has never owned any sites on WordPress.com.

  Unless you tell us the URLs of the site you need help with, there’s nothing we can do to help you.
