Can't log in, no one will help!

Hi, I’ve had to make another account because there is no other way for me to contact WordPress support, I emailed developers twice. I’ve been locked out of my account- Ivoryquill and have requested the password reset dozens of times and nothing has come through to my email- please please can someone email me with help I desperately need to access both my sites.

Hi there,
In the password reset form (https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword) instead of using your email address use the username ivoryquill. Then check all the email addresses you have access to for the password reset message.

And, I can’t reset my password.
I receive nothing from my Email account for password reset. (Check spam Email folder)I have to registered a new account to contact support….. omg.
I can’t connect support without a login. And password reset doesn’t work.Please send me a password reset to my Email.

I think our passwords need to be reset manually by staff so that we receive the email or they need to email us directly as it appears to be a bug in the system. I don’t receive any emails whether I try the reset with my username or email.

I still can’t access my account, have still not received any emails, they are not in my spam folder. Please can you send me an email manually to reset my password, it’s been over a week now..

@alicejwheeler thanks, that wasn’t showing up earlier in the thread. We’ll send a password reset manually. I noted as well, your address has quite a few subscriptions coming to it, so you get a lot of mail from us. I’m wondering if your mail provider is moving it to a spam or bulk folder. So be sure to watch for our email there as well.

Noting too I can see you’ve had several recent interactions and support has responded. Can you please double check to make sure you aren’t filtering mail from us?

Sorry: one more. Because you’ve sent so many tickets in asking for a password reset, it’s possible that some of the reset links we’ve sent you have expired.
So, I recommend working out the reason you aren’t seeing any of our emails, first. We can see that your server is accepting them — again, you’ve got quite a volume of email coming from us via your subscriptions, in addition to the support requests. So I’m wondering if your provider is blocking them for you.
In any case, when that is resolved, update us here OR in one of the tickets, and we can send you one new reset link that will work. Or, the regular password reset form should work as well at that point.

I’ve gotten the email from a staff memeber to do the reset! Thanks so much for all the help, but I wonder why it wasn’t working, notes that I get a lot of mail but I’ve checked my account and none of it has come through? I don’t think it’s the server as my other account I’ve been using to sort this problem has received emails no problem.

Can you double check with your mail provider? You really should be getting quite a bit of mail from us with your current subscription settings, so I’m guessing they’re blocking it.
